On day 2 also and my stomach can be heard growling in the next county. Aaaaaarrrrggggghhhh!

There are others but down here in the South it is a store brand by "Kroger". I do like the Greek brands but a little creamy for me. So was happy to find the low carb and low cal blueberry ones in regular yogurt.

Same here, Doc said no coffee but decaf was ok. I am a pot a day coffee drinker, habit from 20 years in service. Almost made me hit the floor when I heard this. I actually get a migraine if I go more than 2 days without it. Been trying to cut back but it still will be hard. This will probably be the hardest part of all to conquer.

Same thing happened to me, not just for insurance but for other requirements also. My Doc is great but her staff leaves something to be desired. All I can add is make copies of every piece of paper you hand them and do not wait on them. Call your own insurance carrier to verify.

So I received a appointment with the Doc for Monday finally. She will schedule my surgery date then, who knows but hopefully very soon. Anyways I just feel miserable right now so went on the liquid diet for my own good. I just hope she doesn't say another month till she has a opening for surgery. I already know a two week liquid diet is required by her so hopefully I can get in soon for the surgery. Either Or, I just need to hit this liquid diet hard as I am super morbid and need to feel better for my own good.

The plan to be a bit more clear is a week on, see the Doc and hope fully she will have a opening so only another week or two is needed. If not this first week will be a primer say a cleansing that I really need. Say a trial run if the surgery date is to far out. Then back to solids. Believe me this diet is nothing compared to what I have put my body through.

So what advice for us old guys as I know when the weight comes off there will be lots. The younger ones have a better chance because it will snap back easier. Us ye ole dogs not so much.

I had not thought of this,great tip. I do prefer regular yogurt though but can tolerate the thicker Greek ones.

Nice recipe, sometime try a Greek lasagna. They use eggplant for the layers instead of pasta.

Ok, so I have been to their site and average price is $21 to $23 a container. And Amazon is about a dollar higher at $22 to $23. Has anyone found better deal for Unjury? Also, the containers are only 1lb so that makes this protein option one of the highest costs out there. Yes, it is high in protein and the other nutrition is good but does anyone else think this is a bit high for our needs. I am finding other supplements that fit the same criteria but more affordable. More than welcome opions or anyone that has found better deals.

I was a serious coffee drinker for years, never did like sodas. When I stopped for 3 or 4 days I thought I was actually getting migraines because I could not figure out what was causing them and how severe they were. My wife had me try some coffee and within a hour it was gone. Never new just how dependent on caffeine I had become.

I asked if I would have to come back, not wanting to pay more. When I received the report after the session he went on about how aggressive I am. Guess I should not of asked about payment.

That was to be my plan but my wife of course " who can't keep a secret" told her whole family which are known for the international grape vine. This actually is less than most protein drinks as many have 20g to 25g in a oz. There are just hundreds out there and the more lables you read on them you will see.

Thought everything was in order to finally submit package, then find out that my level was 5.2 which should be between .27 to 4.0. Now I have to get level down with prescription. Hmmm, I have been gaing about 10 lbs a year then within the last 8 months put on over 100 lbs. Well duh! Anyone else have this problem?

I was interested in the "PVL Whey Gourmet Peanut butter and chocolate" but when I tried to order last night it was restricted for shipping. Has anyone else run into this problem and do they still sell in GNC stores? The company is in Canada so maybe because of the peanut butter there is a shipping restriction? GNC said they would get back to me after research as to why. Anyone else run into this?

It is a great drug. For years I had very bad acid reflux, just a drink of water would cause it. Laying down at night was horrible. Used to eat 20-50 Tums a day. Finally a Doctor prescribed Omeprazole (Prilosec). And I have never had reflux again. Be glad you got a 90 day supply, most only do a 30 day and that would cost 3 copays instead of one.

Way to go! I think I may have this covered though. Walk into my closet and each section is a progression in weight. Always swore I would get back down. Accept this time when they are to big they are going out the door. Ha.

Please let me be cold again, I can live with that side effect. Not only Summer but during the Winter months I always have people ask aren't you cold with only that short sleeve shirt? First, I have to ponder for a second and would like to hand them a " Here's your sign." but I turn and always say nope but I have plenty of insulation. It always brings a smile to them.
