I am right there with you. I was sleeved on Aug 28 and have also not lost for about 2 months. I even did a 3 week exercise bootcamp that totally kicked my butt and nothing was lost. At my 5 month follow-up I was told to keep doing what I am and not to worry...easy for them to say <img src='http://www.bariatricpal.com/public/style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/smile.png' class='bbc_emoticon' alt='' /> but they did explain to me that the average is to lose up to 70% of our weight within 2 years and that in 5 months I am at 52% so I was told I am ahead of the game. Any suggestions to break this stall would be very helpful...I plan on getting to the 100% mark of weight lose.
Hi all haven't posted here Ina while surgery 8/20 have lost 50ils now170 to 172 day to day have also had a 2 month stall feel like this is it hoping when winter is over and can get out more it will start again 30 more pounds to go I also can eat way too much I really have to think about it so frustrated

Hello Everyone ' date='I was sleeved on August 21, 2012 . My start weight was 243 and I'm now done to 188. I am so disappointed with myself as I have not lost weight in 2 months. I'm so frustrated and don't know if this is normal to go this long with out losing. Any one out there in the same situation ??[/quote']

so...im 7 days out. feeling wonderful- the first day when i came out of surgery' date=' i started to think "wtf have i done" cuz it hurt lol. but a couple days later, i was good to go. learning a lot about techniques to help with any pains i have, learning a lot about others too. went to the store, avoided the no-no stuff (cookie and chip aisle) but did happen to look down it from the main aisle...what i noticed was a VERY distinct difference between the kinds of people on each kind of aisle, something i never noticed before. i dont judge, but i found myself looking at those in the healthier aisle and going "i am working towards THAT kind of body". and im having cravings for weird vegetables ive never really wanted before...did they remove part of my brain as well??? lol
got my first round of pics done since the day of surgery and i am simply shocked. shocked is the only word I have for this feeling <img src='http://www.bariatricpal.com/public/style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/smile.png' class='bbc_emoticon' alt='' />
I am posting them in my album on my profile <img src='http://www.bariatricpal.com/public/style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/smile.png' class='bbc_emoticon' alt='' />[/quote']

We're all going to have those cravings it's absolute ridiculous to think you will never have a bite or taste of something you once enjoyed if that's all your going to do accept it take the bite and move on we're all human with cravings don't beat your self up

Remember the more invasive the more risk your Dr would of informed you if bypass was more appropriate Go with your gut was done on Monday and it wasn't fun but better every day know in the end it will all be worth it
