  1. This is so me hungry all the time it is the most disappointing part of this surgery. Every day I say Ill be better then I'm not 25 # left to go but life is in the way work home life leave me little time to exercise making bad choice here and there How did I ever do pre diet wish I could just one more time Pity party done I will do this thanks for all the great post it helps to know I'm not the only one

  2. I am right there with you. I was sleeved on Aug 28 and have also not lost for about 2 months. I even did a 3 week exercise bootcamp that totally kicked my butt and nothing was lost. At my 5 month follow-up I was told to keep doing what I am and not to worry...easy for them to say <img src='http://www.bariatricpal.com/public/style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/smile.png' class='bbc_emoticon' alt=':)' /> but they did explain to me that the average is to lose up to 70% of our weight within 2 years and that in 5 months I am at 52% so I was told I am ahead of the game. Any suggestions to break this stall would be very helpful...I plan on getting to the 100% mark of weight lose.

  3. Hello Everyone ' date='

I was sleeved on August 21, 2012 . My start weight was 243 and I'm now done to 188. I am so disappointed with myself as I have not lost weight in 2 months. I'm so frustrated and don't know if this is normal to go this long with out losing. Any one out there in the same situation ??[/quote']

I was sleeved the day before you started at 223 noe 170 and haven't lost for 2 months also need to go back to no carbs but that will be so hard again just need to motivate myself

  4. so...im 7 days out. feeling wonderful- the first day when i came out of surgery' date=' i started to think "wtf have i done" cuz it hurt lol. but a couple days later, i was good to go. learning a lot about techniques to help with any pains i have, learning a lot about others too. went to the store, avoided the no-no stuff (cookie and chip aisle) but did happen to look down it from the main aisle...what i noticed was a VERY distinct difference between the kinds of people on each kind of aisle, something i never noticed before. i dont judge, but i found myself looking at those in the healthier aisle and going "i am working towards THAT kind of body". and im having cravings for weird vegetables ive never really wanted before...

did they remove part of my brain as well??? lol

got my first round of pics done since the day of surgery and i am simply shocked. shocked is the only word I have for this feeling <img src='http://www.bariatricpal.com/public/style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/smile.png' class='bbc_emoticon' alt=':)' />

I am posting them in my album on my profile <img src='http://www.bariatricpal.com/public/style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/smile.png' class='bbc_emoticon' alt=':)' />[/quote']
