I will be one month post op on the 20th. It seems like Im tired all the time:-( I don't always have the energy to walk like I should, other then that I am doing good. Good news down 29 pounds!!

But I see some of my friends changing towards me, it really hurts.

Im 13 days post op and have pains in my legs mostly the calves ,I feel like my legs want to cramp up,anyone else experience this?

How are you doing? Im better everyday. My surgery went well,but it was a little rough when I got home. I am down 29 lbs including pre op, I feel like it should be a little more considering what Im taking in, but I am so happy with what I have lost! :-) -

Sip only, I know cold water sounds refreshing but drinking room temperature liquids sometimes goes easier on the tummy. I ended up in the hospital for 2 days because I was dehydrated. I hope you feel better!

That is very very true,at times I just thought I'm never going to eat again,but I know I will,it will just be a lot less,but I will still get to taste..lol

Did you find out how long your Pre Op diet will be? Wishing you lots of luck,after the third or fourth day it does get easier.

Thank you!! I was even having second thoughts..but I want this so bad. Good luck to you also..you will do fine on the pre op diet. I am on day 5... Im thinking that chicken broth is looking real good..lol
