Sunny, an omlet isn't bad if you cut up the ingredients into small pieces. I used scissors and cut up my turkey bacon, and you could do the same with onions, green peppes, ham, etc. It's a great protein boost in the morning, and heats up quick. I did add my unflavored protein powder to my soup I'm taking also. I'm hoping it will give me enery to help me last tomorrow!! I don't think the egg beaters are bad. Once you've been eating them, it's hard to tell the difference.

Mango, I have to get up at 4:30 am, and I've been sleeping in every morning for 5 weeks now. It's going to kill me, but at 2pm when I get off, I plan to come home and take a nap with my son, a very long nap!!! I'm going to take a book to bed around 9 tonight and read, just a little to make me sleepy, and then I'll hopefully be out. Sunny, I scrambled 3 oz of egg beaters with a slice of turkey bacon, cut up, and a slice of cheese for breakfast, and for lunch, I've decided to take the vegetable soup I have left over with a few crackers. For snack, I've got a cottage cheese double. And I made sure I have no money so the snack machines won't be tempting at all!!! So I'm all set, except to pick something out to wear. Wonder what still fits!!!!

Sunny, we had a great time at Kings Island yesterday, and i did good eating. For lunch I ate Subway, only the meat, cheese, some pickles, black olive, and tomato, not bread, and then later they got pizza and I ate a little cheese and 1 pepperoni, and a small piece of the hard crust. It was so hot, I drank almost all day long, and wasn't really hunry until after we got home. dmtjet, Hunter is only 3, so he'll go to preschool next year. Still trying to get the potty training done. Hope your daughter is doing better. I remember having oral surgeries, 3 in all, and it was no fun. I think I'd rather give birth again!! Maria, to avoid reconstuctive surgery, try to add weights into your excercising. It could help. Frusterated, or shall I say, "not so frusterated anymore", congrats. My DH and I just had our irst time on Friday evening. Even almost 5 weeks post op, he was still scared of hurting me. Things didn't go to well, but we'll get better, it just takes practice!!! Laurend, are they coming to fix your air?? Seems like it's been out for a while now. For some reason I'm unable to get the spreadsheet to come up on my computer, but I'll keep giving you my updates. I'm down to 212 this week. Kathy, glad you had a great meal out with the family. We don't go to Olive Garden much, as my DH doesn't really like Italian, unless it's my cooking. I love the salad, and would go there just or that, but have to wait 3 more weeks for that. Did you give your DH the certificate or the trip yet??? How did that go?? Chim, how's the mushy stage going for you? Still hungry or are you satisfied with the new foods? Dini, how's it going today? Sorry i didn't make it back on last night. My step son gets on and then doesn't want to et off the computer, so I let him go. He doesn't have one at home, so the only time he can get on is when he's here. Caolin, cazulay, you ladies doing ok today. only4me, I couldn' t watch the food network. Too much temptation for me. I have a hard enough time with the commecials on the TV. So I went out today and treated myself to a new set of nails. It's been a while, and I went to a new place. They do these pink and white permanent french manicure sets. A little more than regular acrylics, but they are awesome, so I went for it. LOVE them. I figured I'm going back to work tomorrow so I gotta look good, right!!! Have to plan out my meals for tomorrow and get then ready tonight. For some reason I feel like tomorrow is the first day back to my real life. A little nervous, but ready to go.

I haven't see any directions how to set up a poll for something. Can anyone help me out?? Thanks in advance!

only4me, my stomache growls when I'm hungry, that's for the most part when I eat. I do feel another feeling if it's been too long after the growls were not taken care of by eating. This feels like more of a pulling sensation, like my belly is pulling on my chest. It's weird, but this is when I know I need to eat pronto, stop, pull over, and get something into my system.

blooeyez, on my liquid phase, I was allowed 3- 4 oz meals, and 3-4oz snacks, but with all of this, I still stayed betweed 575 and 750 calories. My doc said to stay between 600 and 900 calories, for my weight, depending on how much excercise I get in. How much more does your doc want you to eat, and how many ozs are you taking in at 1 meal? Susa, welcome to the Lucky 7's.

I keep hearing people talk about Bandster Hell, but I'm afraid I've personally never experienced this. I was eating/drinking 3 meals, 4 ozs and 3 snacks, 4 oz a day, and this kept me satisfied all throughout the liquids and mushy stage foods. Those of you that are hungry, what is your meal/snack schedule like? I've been eating every 3 to 3 1/2 hours now, and still feeling full, even before the fill.

Good morning all. Waiting for the family to get up so we can go to the waterpark, another hot one today, going to be 95 degrees here. Hope it will be a good day for all!!
-
Icy breeze, you got a numbing shot with your fill????? Not me, and I got a dime size bruise left on my belly. Chim, it gets better, I promise. Drive safe!! Heading to bed, but I'll check in tomorrow evening. Everyone have a great evening and a wonderful Saturday!!

Sunny, I just got the yahoo messenger back, so I'll try the IM tomorrow evening. I'm heading to Kings Island amusement park tomorrow with DH and kids. Probably will be gone all morning and after noon. I'm at dolphinatic617@yahoo.com. Kathy, hope you have a great vacation. Have any good plans?? Dini babes, you'll be a stronger woman for all of this. You may not see it now, but you'll get through this, and will be just fine. We all care, and we're hear for you whenever you need to unload. BIG hugs to you.
-
Dini, the pics are great you hot mama. Gonna try to dowmload my yahoo messenger again, so be looking for me tomorrow. I'm going to start the download later tonight, just in case it screws something up. I've been updating everything and everytime I update, I have to shut down the computer. I know I was signed up for automatic updates, but for some reason, it's not working. Not having a computer is about as frusterating as not having a car these days!!!!! Danny, thanks for the imput about Dini's situation. It is so nice to have a male opinion, and I'm sure Dini appreciates it. Do you think your wife would be upset if she knew you we're talking to a bunch of women for support? See, my DH knows there are males on here, and I know he supports me, but the support I get here is different. Everyone here is bonded in a way that no one else can understand. I love my DH, and we both came from relationships where our ex's cheated, and I don't believe either one of us would do it to each other, and I tell him everything, we have no secrets. I just hope your DW would understand that the friendships we've created here are just that, friends that are banded and can help answer questions you may have, and share in your weight loss journey. cazulay, it would be nice to stay home and be pampeed all day long, but I'm actually looking forwad to going back to work next week. You're energy will come back, and you'll be ready to go all day!!! caolin, 12 lbs is great. Congrats!!!
-
Dini, I hope you're feeling better now afte the fill. I don't understand Adam not telling you about the page, and why so secretive. Are you sure he's not communicating with someone else on there? I'm so sorry for you to find that. It may be nothing, but the way he's playing it, there could be something to it. You don't need the stress in your life right now. I'd tell him to be coming clean on whatever he's up to, and hopefully he will. I'm heading out to an early lunch with a friend of mine, but I'll check back in later.

Only4me, I use the Body Fortress powder from Walmart, only $12 for a big container, and it's an Isolate powder, not soy. Isolate is beter absorbed m your body, feeping you fuller. It has 23g of protein per scoop, and I love it. Cream of wheat is on my liquid diet, but you may want to check with your doc. Snag, so sorry about your treadmill woes. Isin't it amazing how no one wants to stand behind their products anymore. It's ashame that people buy products, and then customer service goes right out the door with your product. Hope you have better luck with the new one. Phyl, isn't it wonderful ordeing off the childs/senior menus. Just think of all the money we're saving already. Congrats on the 'pants falling down' syndrome. Can't wait until mine fall, and hopefully at home too!! Someone mentioned the cruise on the the last page, sorry can't remember who, but yes, we are tryig to get together and go on a cruise next year, so we can all meet. The poll was a tie between Carribean and Mexico. We though we'd leave it open for a while, but when I set them up they closed in one day. Guess I did something wrong. Anyway, if you're interested, please PM Dini, she's keeping a list, and someone was checking on prices for us.

Kathy, I'm sooo excited for you you and your DH to get away!!! See, things always work out, don't they. Love the gift certificate idea. He'll be so suprised. jackie506, down 29 lbs, how great is that. So how many sizes down are you in pants/tops now. Chim, sleepy good. You need the rest!! Wrangler, at 28 lbs, wow, you guys are kicking butt and taking no names!!! Way to go. Think I'm heading to bed now. Had a long day of cleaning, hopefully they'll come tomorrow for the appraisal, or else someone will pay!!!!! G'nite all. Have a great night!!

only4me, what kind of shakes are you drinking? or what powder are you using?
-
Kathy, how are you adding the powder into your soups? I've made mine in a pot, and then took out about a cup full in a bowl, and slowly stirred the powder in, taking about 5 or 6 minutes to do it. This will eliminate the foam. Just and FYI if you don't like the foam. Only for me, ys, I'd thing it's normal and it will decrease eventually. I'm like Kathy, if you have to choose one or the other, do the shake. You need the protein first. You can always dring later if you get up during the night or something.
-
Kathy, glad you're feeling better today. Isn't it amazing how good "playing hookie" from work can be!!

Danny, I'm dealing with a local brokerage firm. They don't know their head from their AS*es. It's been a battle with them, and I wouldn't recomend my worst enemy to them. Yes, I did need my fill. I was hungry every 2 to 2 1/2 hours on Sunday and Monday this week. So I'm glad I got it. Marcy, this mortgage group has screwed my refi up so bad they've paid for both the appraisals. The guy never called today, so he'd better be calling tomorrow. Shannon, I don't go back to work until Monday. I had a lot of medical I could take, so I took 5 weeks off. I have the 4cc band, not the Ap. My doc doesn't think there's much difference in how it works verses the older bands, so he wasn't going to change to it. He said he was sticking to what he knew worked. Kristin, ask your doc about the excercising. I was realesed at my 2 week appointment to lift weights and do my aerobic DVD's, so it just depends on how you heal. only4me, I'd definitely use your pre op weight. You've worked hard for every pound you lost, didn't you!! Cazulay, are you using any protein powders in your shakes, drinks, etc.? It will help you keep that full feeling longer. Chim, hope you're feeling ok now. Glad you appointment went well and 11 lbs, you go girl!!!
-
Hi Shannon, welcome to the Lucky 7's. We have a great support group here, so we hope you'll like it as much a s we do!! I'm post op 4 1/2 weeks and feeling great. Down 20 lbs so far.
-
Danny, it was nothing what I expected it to be. It hurt, cause they had to go through scar tissue to get to it. But was over within 45 seconds or so. I do feel restriction though and I go back for my next fill on August 31. I got 1.4cc on Tueasday and I'll be at 2cc on my next fill.
-
Danny, great to hear from you. So exciting about the heartbeat. That would be wonderful to travel all over, and at 45. WOW, you're on the right track. I've been battling with this mortgage group I've dealing with since December 11 of LAST year to refi this house. It's a huge mess, and I was getting a lawyer to handle it, but haven't got the funds to do so. So I'm getting taken to the cleaners, pretty much, but they are paying my prepayment penalty so I'll be geting back about $4,800 after the closing. Very long story, but in the end, I believe we are now putting my 1st ans 2nd mortgage(that I took out for surgery) onto 1 loan, so that's why they have to come appraise the house again. They just appraised in January. Oh well, sounds like you're doing great though. I've been on the scale this morning and I'm down 20 lbs. also!!!
-
Cazulay, don't sell yourself short. You can do a medium, anyone can get to medium, but you have to believe!!! It's so possible with this tool. I've never imagined myself in anything under a xl, but this time, I'm going for a SMALL!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Well, I have the downstairs all done, now I'm heading to the kids rooms, UGH!! What a nightmare!!!! Be back later.
-
Cazulay, I'd order one now, and you could always order another later in the school year. If you're a 1x now, you'll probably need a large, but maybe a medium later!!
-
Dini, sorry I forgot to tell you that Hunter is ok. After my remedy he went about 2 hours later. Thank God, he was in pain. He was telling me his belly hurt, but he wouldn't eat anything for me but cheese. Bad move, but what can you do. After, he ate a whole hot dog on bread, and a snack. So his appetite came back.
-
Cazulay, no, not moving, we're refinancing the house. On the shirt, when is it for, like when will you have to wear it? Sunny, Vitamin E oil is great for scars, or maderma(sp) for scaring.
