OK so I'm 1 year out, and I literally go to the F'n gym everyday!!!! I'm so aggy. . I'm not losing weight anymore. I'm at 170.. will not break! Been months I'm 20 lbs away from goal. . I know a lot is loose skin.. I do slip with sweets tracking food.. wtf! Sorry for language

I'm tracking my foods I'm on track.. I'm at the gym now. So idk ugh et everyday gym.. I'm thinking I'm not taking in enough calories. . My nutrition said.. 1800

No. Not ding ding ding... I'm not at a 1-2 stall tho.. sorry couldn't get into details. . But it's been 6 monthsm. Now I'm toning.. The most I lose is 2-3lbs an then comes back. Although I don't move my bowels could help but. It's meds.. I'd loose skin a lil to. That's about 20... I'm not chaffing so plastic surgery idk

That happened to me last week... it was the worst.. I just rode threw it.. and rubbed it out.. from left to right and then kept laying on my sides.. and tried to squeeze one out. Lol!!! It worked! And took a women's slow acting laxative -

Yea mine did to but came back.. just look out for it.. I got dry mouth with it to.. it's possibly lack of salivary production they said, so it pools in your gland and causes pain.. if that's what it is..,? -

So im 2 1/2 weeks post op an im experiencing left shoulder pain and left throat/gland pain all of the sudden, now i read in wls surger for dummies book if you experience shoulder pain when you leave the hospital to call your surgeon right away?! Do anybody know why or what this is? -

Yea it all of the,sudden went away and it helps,when I eat sour things like lemons. But if it doesn't go away get it checked out. -

The shoulder pain was,muscle. But it comes and goes now. The,gland pain kinda feels,like the pain you feel when you have a,sore throat.. They said it's nothing,to do with surgery?! -
