Hi all; I need any and all remedies for getting off a darn plateau. First I would like to ask if any of track calories and/or protein for the day. I guess I need a little more structure meal planning wise. I am lactose intolerant so I can't do the cottage cheese/yogurt thing. When I have a protein drink I mix it with non-fat lactose free milk and it is quite good. I have writing down what I eat daily and can now see my trouble time is between 6pm and 8pm..I walk daily for 30 minutes, my nurse said to vary with free weights cause your body gets used to the same exercise routine and you stop losing..looking forward to your hints!

Sheila

I have heard of a special forum for new moms that are going through what you are. I am sorry I cannot remember it now...I think it had to do with another website..obesityhelp.com
I look forward to my monthly b-12 shots. For the past three years I have had a woman doctor and she recommended them. I feel so much better and have more energy.
