i asked my PA if I could add a banana to my protein shakes and she said I could and that was at my 1 week post-op visit. But again, you may just want to ask your dr's office.

Ok... I am 2 weeks post-op today and have lost 20.5 lbs. The problem is, I feel like it's not falling off fast enough. I know it's because I am obsessed with watching YouTube updates and they seem automatic. Like I can click on one and it's a pre-op video and then immediately click on the next one and it's 8 months post-op and they've already lost 100 lbs. I know that I am crazy, but does anyone else feel like that???
