I'm 3 weeks post op. and i must have taken 1 bite too many,....feel like crap in center of my chest. what can i do to releave this . this has happen twice already. frist time this happen i went back to clear liquids. but what can i do right away to fix it.

i'm on sixth day went to dr. today,not hungry but i do have a funkin feelin i wont to eat, but i just drink more water and it goes away, i too have meds for gurd.also a little light headed and tired.
