My Advice To All Newly Post-Op Sleevers...

yeah, Im almost 5 months out and things are getting loose. I dont do much weight training because i have sciatica pain in both legs. Ive even slowed down on my walking because it aggrivates it. I know a tummy tuck is in need, but now the boobies, buttock and legs are starting to be in trouble too! lol
  13. I know that you are excited about it but I would wait. I mean, you want to enjoy your 2 events you have planned and you never know how the surgery will turn out as far as pain, bloating and stuff like that. You need to heal properly and you will be taking a chance. You already have your approval letter, so, you know you are gonna have it. Youve gone through a lot, take this time to enjoy your events and then do the surgery so you will have your mind clear and your body ready for the adjustments!

What Is Everybody Having For Lunch?

I had 1/2 cup whole wheat spaghetti with 1 wingette. Honestly, i wanted to eat another wing, but couldnt! lol
  15. Yes, it will happen. It has no choice, just follow the rules. Your body is in reservation mode! It is in shock and it tryin to catch up to whats happening to it. When you start to drop, you will seriously drop! So, be prepared to wipe your glasses when you step on that scale, a few times in a few seconds just to make sure its right! lol. Good Luck
