I had the gastric sleeve on March 14th of this year. I am down 44 pounds post op. But recently I feel hungry at night, always ;when I come home from work. I do really well all day, drinking my shakes or eating protien bars. But once I step in the front door I feel like everything goes out the window. Then I feel guilty and worry that I have stretched my sleeve. This vicious cycle is driving me insane!! Any advice please.

I wish you well... I was sleeved on 3/14. Down 41 pounds, best decision I ever made. You won't regret it!!!
