I was 211 felt like a fat cow. Knocking things down at the shopping stores. After surgery I came out less then one month more more in the 200's I was 197 then from there I kept going down. Look I'm 139 almost 5 months post up & size 7 I feel great. Nothing is impossible. Take me for example & many other ladies here bigger then I was or same weight just about. We all did it. -
Thanks I feel great. If only Ican stop eating pretzels lmbo.

Don't be disappointed or depress it happens to everyone. We lose weight & then bam hit a stall but then it picks up again.
