Wow! I feel like I read a book. Good reading I wanna comment on ... Having people that don’t know you have had the surgery assume you’re becoming deathly ill or suddenly anorexic My husband was telling me a few days ago how my neighbor was asking if I was sick or have health problems that I lost so much weight. He said she's fine she has back problems. & her doctor suggest for her to lose weight so she did.

I found other things to do. I never-ever read before books. I started reading & I love it! Cross word puzzles are my favorite. Since I can't eat like before there no point unless I'm feeding my kids & hubby to be in the kitchen. I eat like stew which I make delicious has a lot of vitamins & as mention food is only fuel. I found out so much stuff I like besides eating Lolz... I always love shopping but now I'm matching Lolz. Idk about others but it's fun not to knocks things down to fit in the section not sucking in my tummy. I love this new life change. Thankyou gastric bypass!!!

Your not alone but we can have all the bad food in the future but if we over do it then we will regain. Then it would had been a waste of time having surgery. I love food & always will but I feel so good slim that I rather shop then stuff my face.

It's slow but watch you will be shock when the scales moves & you drop 5lbs or more. I was stall then thinking only I'll lose 1pound wrong like 5lbs I lost I got on the scale 3 times to confirm. Lolz
