Wow! I think I need 24hrs of exercise lmbo I feel Like I'm 80 in a wrinkly tummy. I thought it would hang but it actually lifted it's self now it's just wrinkly.

I want to become a vegetarian but I might then be too low in Iron. Then I will have so much more to worry about if I do. I'm lost. Usually vegetarian eat seafood but some don't. It depends on the individual.

Congratulations on the weight lost. I know the feeling. When I saw 211 my highest I was shock but when it was 197 after 15lbs lost from 30 day diet. I felt wonderful. I knew it was possible.

Welcome to the group. I felt great the next day after coming out of the hospital I was food shopping. I experience non stop vomiting the first month then it stop then the 2nd month again 7 days non stop vomiting after that I had endoscopy turn out my stomach closed so I couldn't eat with out vomiting. They open me up a little wala no issues ever since. I'm almost 6 months best decision ever & I feel great. Biggest size 18 now size 4 biggest size shirt XL now medium sometimes small depends. Biggest weight 211 now 130

Unfortunely I do a lot of arm exercise & I got bat wings. The top is firm the bottom is all saggy
