I'm so shock & surprise that I ate a little of everythin since Thursday until Friday. I thought I was going to gain weight & was going to skip the scale this week but guess what??? I'm now 127lbs only 2lbs to my goal weight then I will make a new goal weight & end it there. I'm going back to exercise today. -

I'm still a size 4 and still weight 130 lbs a total lost of 81lbs. I'm getting smaller all over but I'm not slimming on the scale:) as long as I don't gain it's all good. Thankyou kiwi your looking good your self. -

Don't worry the scale will move again. I guess sometimes we need to increase food or protein. Since I started eating a little more I notice I lose more weight the scale is the same but like my tummy is smaller. I have neck bones. Inches off my waist. -
