Yes it's normal. We are so used to eating whatever whenever & now we decided for a change. We have the mind set now the body has to get with the program.

If you really need the surgery & rny is what's cover do it. No reversions & you have limitations & control. Not everyone gets dumping & vomiting.

I would go back to the start of when you had surgery 1st liquid only then mushy food then solid

Anyone even the biggest girl can wear skinny jeans. The 1st time I wore skinny jeans I was a size 16. I was rocking them with my fat body. I look good in them too. My daughter thought so. Now I look better in size 4

Oops I missed the part that you said your going to have surgery the 29th lmbo. I'm having a blonde moment Lolz that's great you are all set for the big date thinking of exchanging clothes. I donated all mine. Was size 18 now size 4. Was 211lbs as of today 127lbs only 2lbs to goal weight of 125lbs then will set a new goal weight. Only one more time then done. Don't wanna be a tooth pick neither lmbo. My mom will be 50 in February. Your also pretty only in the real world I have 1 friend that I'm older then her she's 22. Everyone else is older then me by 1 to 15 years or more. My hubby took the cake he is 21 years older then me. Nice meeting you & you will love this group.

That's great! You lost more then me on the supervise diet of 30 days I only lost 15lbs in 1 month.

I never thought of that. It would had been a great idea. I would do it in 2 years since I plan on having 4 surgeries maybe all at once.

Hello & welcome to the group. It will fine. Surgery day will be here soon. I was like that I didn't do the six months but I was waiting & felt like forever but bam!! May 30, 2012 came & now almost 6 months later from 211lbs to 127lbs nothing is impossible. I haven't gain anything even when I get swollen before my period. I weight my self every Monday morning after I pee. I do hit a stall but I rather stall then gain weight. I feel great. You will also.

You will not fail. You must think positive.

Thanks I'm still in shock lmbo but wow!!! Going to be 6 months on Friday. I guess by the time I see my surgeon I will be at my goal weight.
