Welcome to the group. Do you have a dietician? Do you still see your surgeon yearly for check up? What do they tell you? I'm 6 months post up. Never gain 1lb back I'm down 84lbs. I try to eat as healthy as possible. I'm lacking on exercise which I should kick my own ass for. Have you done the pouch test? I heard it works.

It has happen to me. One day one food falls good the next is like I ate a bomb.

I didn't see it but my friend text me this about 1hr ago. A guy shot 20 kids and 6 adults then killed him self. I gotta read it my self. This is so crazy. I feel sad for those poor ppl.

I quit like 1 year or more before thinking on WLS. The main reason why I quit was because at age 1 my son was autism. That was a shock for me. Before he turn 2 I decided to quit for him. I decided I want to always be there for him & help him & what good would I be if I was to get cancer & die he would be with out me & no one will love my son more then I do.

I did when I was having issues but now I don't. Best decision ever.

I feel so bad for you but sometimes you have to be on top of ppl in order to get things done. I was on top of everyone but I could be a pain but I just get pushy till I get what I want or need. Do the same. Try nice then get pushy then mean & demanding.

Ms. Mandy don't worry about the weight. Sometimes like mention above you lose inches & if your exercising muscle weights more. I'm at stall right now & I figure hey I can lose those last 2lbs before I go down 15lbs more,but it's been 2 weeks and nada happen. My size 4 pants are getting lose on me I feel my hip bone when I lay down. I'm not wearing the faja as often & it looks like I had a mini tummy tuck cuz you can't barely see my tummy. So the scale is frozen but I'm sure you are melting away just like me. You will be able to tell when your pants have room if you can fit 2 fingers in your pants your losing weight in inches not on the scale. If you take a photo now I'm sure your face is smaller then when you started. I didn't realize it till I took a photo & my face was smaller.

What happen?

That sucks! Go smack someone. Call them find out what happen. I hope it works out & it will.

Lmbo don't you know that. Ppl look me over two/three times before they say you lost weight right? I'm like yes I did. It's a great feeling. Congrats on the weight lost & to all the rest on here. So many success happy moments.

He said 135/140lbs ha!! For him lmbo I'm getting thinner & loving it. Even my regular doctor said I look so much happier when I went to take my daughter to see him today.

Now this would be the true meaning of someone taking the easy way out. They lose weight then say ok I know how 159lbs looks like time to eat w.e. and get fat again. What ashame. Smh

Thanks everyone the migraine by early evening was gone but its slowly returning again. I manage to eat yesterday & drink enough fluid. I don't think I will be attending my appointment since I must take my daughter to the doctor. By the time I get out of there it might be too late for mine. Doctor opens at 9am my appointment is at 10:40am. If I'm gonna be poke needles ugh! With a sick child if fever I rather reschedule my appointment & take care of my child.
