Looks like my plastic surgery is never going to happen... 2014 is around the corner. I'm planning on getting tummy tuck + breast lift if arm lift isn't so expensive I will get all 3 things done. The legs aren't so terrible yet so I guess that can wait. My mom owes me $1000 My husband owes me $2250 I'm basically flat broke now! Starting next month I have to see if I can start saving up again. I want to have $20,000 by May 30, 2014 then give half or w.e. is require and see if I can have the rest in finance where I can pay monthly for a few years. If I can have it all paid off sooner great if not then a little at a time.

Thanks I will bring it to my surgeon attention if he can prescribe this & if my ins will cover it. I had to put my daughter before me & she has an ear infection. I'm waiting to get a call back from my md to see when I can go back for follow up.

I have a migraine for now 2 days. My appetite is down hell. I haven't had any food in 24 hours. I'm throwing up non stop. Today is day 2 I still have no appetite been throwing also. Had some OJ but that came out. Gonna make some Soup see if it helps me. My 4 year old have a fever I been giving her Tylenol. She is home with me. If she still has fever tomorrow I will take her to her doctor. We have the same doctor but since I had WLS can't take much for migraine. I would take my ass to the emergency room but I have no one that will watch my kids. My husband is on call 24hrs and he has a bad cold. I haven't been able to make real food. I will try to make home made chicken noodle soup & white rice on the side. Good thing I see my surgeon tomorrow maybe he can suggest what I can take but hopefully I'm good by then. Any suggestion plz comment. I have no energy imagine no food this is worst then liquid diet.

Welcome to the group. I did it for me & only me. I have more energy for my kids but I'm a happier person & loving the new me.

Stool softener helps with the poop issue. Purée I'm not the best on advice cuz I was on a liquid stage for a long time my surgeon told me to go ahead & eat. I thought I was support to do liquid for a month. Lmbo so that was sorta skip & had to try solid with a little softer food since I was on liquid 3 weeks.

Silastic Ring in Gastric Bypass The successful utilization of silastic gastric rings to control the stoma size in vertical banded gastroplasty, has led bariatric surgeons to use both silastic rings and Marlex bands in gastric bypass procedures, (eg. Fobi Pouch) to maintain the stoma size and reduce stretching. Ring circumference is typically larger than that provided for in primary bariatric procedures, so that their regulatory effect is only triggered after some degree of stretching of the pouch has occurred. A Silastic Ring Gastric Bypass with a 6.0 cm ring achieves equivalent weight loss to one with a 5.5 cm ring, but with better quality of eating, and less prospect of requiring ring removal. Even those you see the hips you have curves now. I had curves but once my tummy went down I got more shapely.
