I'm starting to feel fat for some crazy reason. I want to eat like I did right after surgery & no more then that. I find my self eating more not junk food but just stuff nuts crackers rice Beans meat. All this is good but I want to only eat 3 meals & not be snacking all the time. Since I can't seem to break this habit. I decided to go back to before I had surgery. To see if I can close my stomach & then go back to eating like a human being. Thanks for the compliment. I feel great but I just don't want to regain or develop bad habits. I want to stay thin forever.

I have plenty of chores here also. I have energy but with 3 kids & everything else I can't get it all done

Lmbo I'm glad they have grill chicken. I'm staying away for a while. I'm doing this pre surgery diet even though I had surgery. I'm pretending I'm having surgery again.

I understand you all the way ask anyone here. I have every issue there is. Read my post I'm a real person with real problems & I'm working hard on solving them or paying my own bills & moving out. Post & vent away this is a support group.

I reach goal at 6 months & haven't gain or lost weight in 4 months. I'm stuck at 115 excellent weight for me but I just wanna tone up before going under the knife.

Keep going girl... If you feel you haven't reach goal I'm right with you. I'm gonna exercise to tone up & thinking of doing the 30 day diet as if I was having surgery again. I never cheated & was faithful so I'm gonna do it again. 2 Vitamin shakes 1 snack 1 meal it's gonna be hard but I need to tone up. Gonna try out my work out clothes since its been a while & everyone including my Mami says I'm too thin it might be too big but lets see.

I was in an abusive relationship (still with the same man) it's verbal abusive. I won't lie & say my marriage is perfect nope! But he is in therapy. We are working threw our issues. Do after all this I still want to leave? Yes I do why? I feel I can do better by my self. I'm consider disable had a back injury years ago when I worked. I don't get SSD will work on it after another year. I have 2 special need kids & he blames me for that. The only advice I can give you is seek therapy. Ever thought of being on your own with your kids? What does he do for you seriously? Mine.... Pays all the bills that's basically all he does.

I'm also size 7 in sneakers from a size 8 1/2 I started with a size 18/16 tight waist about 40 inches Now top 34C before 40D Jeans size 2 before 18 Weight 115 before 211 Waist 28inches before about 40 inches Sneakers size 7 before 8 1/2 Ring size wedding band 6 before 9 Regular pants small before XL Shirt small before 1x/XL
