Now after having WLS I wish I didn't tell anyone except my teenager & hubby. No one has been negative towards me but I still wish I kept it to my self.

I actually want to become a vegetarian but I'm afraid of the iron level. I don't wanna take iron pills which I don't but did before surgery (had a bleeding issue with period) so if I don't eat steak not daily I might need iron pills. I also want to just e healthy & avoid fatty food
