I got my body used to eating what I want. I don't eat fried food. I have the hungry feeling. I eat everyday. This is what I do I eat 3 meals per day and have like 3 snacks the end lmbo. I don't ever want to be fat again. I don't over eat,and I count the calories,and I check the sugar amount. About craving stuff sure... It's not often I guess because my mind is set on plastic surgery for 2014 so I try not to spend on eating out,but if I have a craving for something I know I can make I make it. I can make everything except pizza,and I don't like eating pizza like before anyway so it's easy to say nope. I can't have pasta it gets stuck.

Nope.. I wasn't nervous or anything neither. I had 3 c section so I felt prepare for everything.

It's very normal. I wasn't hungry for about 3/4 months. Then my appetite return about 4 1/2 months but it wasn't like I can eat a whole lot. I can eat more now at 11 months post up but I never eat to the point that I'm in pain or full to max. I keep my self at a limit amount of food. Example 1 cup of rice or less 1/2 cup of beans,and 1/4 meat or sometimes 1 cup of beans,and 1/2 cup rice, and 1/4 or a little more meat. Salad 1-2 cups with meat on top. Takes me a while to drink a large drink. I can gulp down water but I can't fit 8oz in one setting.

I also don't like my nude body. My belly bothers me more then anything. Your 45 and I'm 34 and my body won't be bouncing back neither so your not alone in this boat. It has nothing to do with age.

Hey girl muscle is good. Fat is bad. I get bloated I gain 3 inches in my belly. I stay away from the scale. I imagine if I gain 3 inches from swollen I must be 3/5 lbs heavier. You know what your best friend is your clothes. If your clothes are lose your good.

Don't give up!!! If you can't leave the house have a time morning or while your baby naps to have a DVD work out for 15/30 mins & you should be good. I'm almost 12 months out. Haven't gain but if I let my self go as far as I can eat. I know I will gain (I think) I keep my self like break lunch dinner exercise 3 snacks finish. Even if I'm hungry I don't over eat.

Welcome to the group & I'm sorry you been going threw so much & have so much issues. I have no advice for you but it doesn't mean I don't care. Since you have back issues there is no exercise at all you can do? Walking 5/10/15 mins? Arm exercise?sitting on the sofa lifting 1 leg at a time? Swimming? I also have back issues but its not like yours(I wish you didn't have all these issues) but I'm able to exercise which helps out. I wish you the best & hope someone have advice for you

My hubby wasn't supported or in agreement with surgery but wala he sure loves the sex & carrying me. I'm more flexible then ever. He is happy as long as I'm happy. It doesn't mean he is in agreement with 5 plastic surgery I'm having but he will give me 7/8g to help me pay for it simply cuz it makes me happy. Everything from now on its what makes me happy. I have delicated my entire teenage hood to my hubby & kids & I'm now 34 and I stopped having kids & it's time for me to be happy so he is either with me or not I'm doing it my way. Advice from me is you live only once & no men is worth it. Even mine love him to pieces but my body my life.

Take it easy & try to at least drink & sip soup

It's ok I'm doing my up most best to have this belly fix next year. At least I don't look pregnant. Let me see if I have a photo before weight lost.

You look great. Body wise better then me. Your belly is still in good shape. Mine became ugly. I have PMS so it's swollen my tummy is usually flat. I can't believe I just posted that lmbo who agree that I have a ugly belly?

Yes I do. I been call tiny woman. Small & short. Little girl now that was funny. Small woman by my hubby. Skinny woman by my doctor. Slim lady. I'm just loving & enjoying it. All have been in good taste except some guys find me too small they had offer me food lmbo I say nicely thanks but I had a really big meal I just don't gain much weight they get the point right away.
