You look great! Even though I'm a size small & size 1 in jeans I tend to look at plus size & say wait I'm a small. Sometimes sales ppl say your shopping for someone else.

Thanks everyone I will test out the scale. Will try not to judge by scale if not by clothes. I do notice I haven't change lmbo still wearing size 1 small clothes so I'm going with the clothes it's better judge for me. -
Who? If me thanks My body is looking more gross then ever. You can see this huge sag in my arm. I guess I'm gonna be wearing long sleeve all summer long ugh! Until I can get this fix

Eating two weeks post op

Always follow doctor orders. I forgot to and I thought I was suppose to eat at 1 month I didn't read the paper. I was on liquid for 3 weeks when the surgeon ask me what are you eating? I said eating I do t eat. I'm on a liquid diet. He thought it was so funny. To cut the story short I was hungry at all so forcing my self to eat mash potato was like a chore. -

No but I'm so glad your a trooper. It's getting so hard for me to exercise due to my back problem. Going for X-ray tomorrow. Lets see what is wrong with my back. I will go back to walking but Tuesday. I have X-ray in the morning court after X-ray since I'm near need to get out of being a juror due to my 5 year old graduation & my 3 year old I have to have the annual review he has autism & goes to special school. You can do it!

Congrats on your surgery day. Girl I cry 1 month before I started the diet saying good bye to rice now I laugh at my self cuz I could eat it but in portion size. I thought I could never eat rice again but it took a while by body was rejecting so about 6 months. I'm now 12 months post up. All the best to you& speedy recovery

I bet you burn a lot of calories. I been dealing with a migraine & vomiting all day plus sleeping all day. I thank god my 16 year old takes care of the kids including feeding them & keeping them quiet & away from me when I get these migraines about every 3 months or so. -

In the beginning I had the fainting spells. It went away. Then numb fingers took extra calcium that solve that issue. -
