You can also get a nutritionist dietician join the gym & if it works out for you wonderful. I hope it works out for you. You can still stay in the group & we can motivate you here. Nothing is impossible if you put your mind to it. In the beginning of my WLS I wasn't enjoying it. I was not into Protein shake after WLS but Jello ice & sipping Water was bummer. Time goes by and you get better & begin to know your body. The WLS is only a tool you have to make it work for you if not you will regain & be fat again. This is no way the easy way out. I made it work for me & I'm a success & all I need is some plastic surgery to make my self feel great. I careless what others think or my hubby. Yeah I'm a size 1 and I'm a small but I'm also a mother of 3 kids & I'm not willing to live with wrinkle & saggy body so plastic surgery is in the near future. This by no means -means everyone that has WLS needs plastic surgery. Some ppl can live perfect with out it but I can't. So not having WLS has its advantage you won't sag & have a wrinkle ass lmbo. I would love to hear your success story I know you can do it.

Join my fitness pal I'm there under same name as here I know it's hard trust me but like you I'm afraid of gaining that it most likely keeps me away from too much fried food & such. I barely eat ice cream plus I wasn't a sweet person but I think fruit is just as sweet. You can buy strawberry mangoes banana apples & all those delicious fruits. I'm sticking up Sunday. I go food shopping so buying lots of fruits & searching for sugar free whip cream I love that stuff

No dumping? Was it sugar free ice cream? I don't live near you but try searching on line for a support group in your area. If its a one time thing or your gonna get your Tom like me I usually eat chocolate for about a week during that time. Best of luck to you & think positive girl you got this.

So my mother called me today saying she's sorry it's taking so long,but she will start paying me back at least $100 a month to get it over with. she owes me $1000 and haven't paid back at all. I didn't rush her or nor I'm rushing her,but it's been a year,and I did tell her to give me at least $500 by May but that never happen. We had a text message agreement that should would pay me back $500 this May 2013 and then the rest $500 next May 2014 but nothing happen. I'm willing to settle for monthly payment of $100 which she will be paid off in 10 months which will finish in April 2014 or if she starts August May 2014 and I do need this money for my plastic surgery. It might not sound like a lot of money,but I have taken care of my mother,and help her in every way I can. So I lend her this money not gave her this money. I will not lend her money again for being a bad payer lmbo but I will continue to help her in anyway I can.

I found the best surgeon ever had to do my homework as I didn't want to be butcher. I'm having a boob job using my own body fat which I do wish I was a little fat now. I can only do my boobs now due to the fact that I'm very thin. So in a few months like August I'm going under the knife. D cup here I go. I was thinking C cup cuz I'm tiny now but hubby wants me back to a D since that's where I started. Hey I'm used to big boobs no problem the fat I do have can fill my boobs but not my butt smh it's ok. Soon no more deflated saggy boobs. Omg that's awesome your md is cool. I'm sorry about your angel baby. I had angel baby at 3 months of pregnancy. It was my son twin. The baby was outside of the womb so didn't survive & I ended up in the hospital & angel baby gone. I didn't know it was twins. I'm glad I still have my son.

Depending on your surgeon. Blood test,stress test,EKG,endoscopy, and can't remember the rest oh... nutritionist and therapy to check your brain make sure your doing it for the right reasons
