If I was in your shoes I would put hubby on a diet work out together. Stop buying the junk food or do it the healthy style. Start little by little diet soda instead of regular soda-no chips. Low fat low sodium cold cuts-wheat bread ect... It's hard being on a diet & your partner eating all the unhealthy stuff.

Hello... this group is awesome look around & someone will have the answer for you. I think a lot of us like my self can't respond right away because. We work or some of us like me are housewife & have kids to take care. Some are in different state. I'm always around I have more time to hang around Lolz... My kids are all in school. One till 11:30am then I get busy Lolz... Then I'm off & off. If it wasn't for my itouch I would hardly been on here. Also YouTube is helpful. You see people before & after real stories & helpful information.

What time is your surgery?

It was said to me time & time no sugar. I love real food. My cooking example but I say to my self nothing feels better then being thin"

In my personal Opinion. If you have the mentality of eating unhealthy then don't have surgery. In my opinion this surgery is a life change. Eating habits, self esteem, energy, like me improve the sex life. I wanna try it standing up Lolz... Or how about being carried... Yummy I'm so looking forward to a life change. I guess some people see it like a quick fix,but surgery to then eat pizza,fast food. Don't have surgery it's not worth it if the food habits won't change.

Sorry I don't have a respond but after reading your post. I was wondering if you lost a lot if weight what went wrong that you gain all the weight back? Did you stop eating healthy? Went back to fast food? I'm new with WLS so if I wrote something offending I'm sorry. I'm just wondering why ppl get WLS but the moment something goes wrong the pounds come back on. I'm on the diet before surgery May 30, 2012 I lost 10 pounds in 1 week. I'm not cheating & I had many opportunity since I cook 7 days a week & 3 meals per day but I'm commited to change my life & I don't want to continue being over weight after surgery. I want to do so much. I have really small kids. 3 years old & 4 years old. Then much older 15 years old all same hubby.

God is with all of us. We are all here to live a longer & healthier life style.

Yes Medicaid covers weight lost surgery. with everything you mention this surgery will benefit you.

I thought that after surgery even if your hungry your not suppose to eat grease-butter-oil. ? I think what got me over weight was eating the pasta pizza Chinese food & kfc.

According to my surgeon (haven't Had surgery yet) even if you wanted the fried food you will throw it up. You can't handle fat,oil,sugar. It will make you throw up or give you the runs but you wont be feeling hungry. You can't eat much so w.e. You eat will feel you up fast.

I'm so glad you ask the sex question it was on my mind LMFAO. 1 week is nothing I guess since my poor hubby is lucky to get it now twice a month. I know I'm such a cold fish Lolz... I'm just so insecure about my big body that I rather not be touched. Hope it all goes well for you
