They say you can have chicken broth. Do they mean buy chicken broth? Drink it or do you put a cube cubito de pollo & boil it with water. I bought chicken broth but it taste nasty. Should I add water but it says don't add water. Idk what I'm suppose to do.

Do you ask your surgeon for a card to be able to order off a kids menu at a restaurant or what? I never heard of this but it sounds interesting. -
Tell me about this zumba. I see it on TV & it looks so good & so fast & sweety... Have you seen the commercial on the Shawn T (I think that's how it's spell) it looks so good for the stomach. You know since I'm not rich & it's hard to save alot of money with 3 kids. I was thinking if I buy this DVD maybe my tummy will be super flat & so the rest of my body so I won't need plastic surgery? What you think?

Unfortunate I can't do meetings. I'm a housewife. I have one learning disability child & one autism child. When they are in school I'm home cooking cleaning or I'm doing grocery shopping. I also have ppl that come in the house teachers to assist my autism child. To top it off I'm 32 years old & my hubby is 55 so he is insecure & extremely jealous. To avoid issues in my marriage I keep to my self. -

I don't think the surgeon gives the patients enough information on the type if surgery they should get. I didn't like the idea of filling of not so it was out if the question. I want to have only one gastric bypass 1 breast lift. 1 tummy tuck. 1 arm lift and that's it but only once. I hate thinking of going back & fourth dealing with stuff.
