Im looking forward to painting my own toes. I can reach my toes for exercise but painting its a different story. Once I accomplish that I know I really lost weight. Good for you. Sexy thing lolz.... It's a good feeling to like your body.

I respect my kids,and other kids when I was a smoker. I wouldn't smoke in front of them or around them. I would smoke in the basement,but I wasn't a heavy smoker neither. It was just a hazzle because I would smoke run to the bathroom brush my teeth,and wash my hands. Since I'm so affectionate with my kids,and they are with me. I didn't want to smell. I'm glad I decided it was time to quit. I did notice like you I felt better. About your friend god forbid the child gets second hand smoke lung cancer she will regret it for the rest of her life. If you want to kill your self ok but taking others down with you it's not cool at all. I love my kids to much to harm them.

I have surgery 5/30/12 next Wednesday. Soon can't believe the day is getting so close. I'm on a low calorie diet. 2 shakes 2 snack & one meal dinner veggies & a piece of meat. I asked about the nails & requested for my nails to be left alone. I had 3-c sections & I had nails with polish & all threw out it all. The surgeon made an expection for me. It's just part of my life,and I can't see my self with out my nails. It's like I wouldn't be struggling so much if I didn't have kids. Some people may find it silly it's just nails,but I been doing my nails for over 10 years,and it's part of me. On my body right now that's the only thing I care about when it comes to surgery. On my everyday life. I always have my wedding band I wear proudly even though my husband doesn't deserve for me to wear it. I have a ring my daughter bought me years ago for mother's day. On my left hand no rings I limited it. I do have a bracelet. I have an ID bracelet on my left hand also. A chain with 3 shoes for my kids. Earrings. I love my gold & I never take them off except for washing them,and it has become part of my life,but the moment I get discharge from the hospital my family will bring all my gold back so I'll be wearing it leaving the hospital. They know me very well & I would feel so nude with out it. It's part of me.

As anyone in here had surgery with tips/artificial nails? If so did they want your polish off or did they say nothing or something?

Do let us know how it went so I know what to expect on 5/30/12.. Even if you don't remember nothing,and you wake up in the recovery room. How do you feel once you wake up? Are you in serious pain? How does the first meal taste? What food did they give you? Was your hair a mess? Did you have a rope or PJ with the zipper in the front?

So glad you quit. It's not good for anyone's health. We have to find things to make us busy cross word puzzles <----- I love cross word puzzles. have like 5 books or more lolz.. It makes me sad the commercial on lunch cancer. The white lady putting on the wig,and a plastic thing over her throat,and the black lady when her fingers cut off,then the spanish man can't swim anymore has a box to talk threw this throat,and got knows what other commercials they have out there,and yet I still see people smoking away,and pushing strollers,and they have this horrible cough. Oh god so glad my smoking days are over

As long as you can eat you should be fine. Straight liquid is the worst.

Be honest but don't say anything that sounds nuts like my hubby wants me skinny or my family. Everything is about you & wanting to be healthy.

Just wanted to welcome all newbie. If you don't see me around it's because I'm exercising like crazy. I wanna lose 9 more pounds if possible but I'm so noisy & curious to see new faces & up dates that is keeping me log on LMFAO. I have 15 days to go. Best wishes for you. I think we say..... I will talk about me. I want to have more energy for my kids but I'm not having surgery for them. I'm doing it only for me. I want to look good. I personally never cared what others say if they call me fat if my teenagers friend say I'm fat. I honestly don't care. Kids grow up & move out. I have to live this way fat or do something about it so I decided to do something about it only for me.

Liquid diet 3 weeks? I'm only doing 2 days liquid diet. I'm on a low calorie diet.

I looked it up. Is there a website with real 14kt gold medical alert bracelet. I can't wear nothing fake.
