Well everyone handles pain in a different way. I had 3 c-sections with the first one I was in the hispital for 6 days. When I came out I had no pain. I was given all the meds in the hospital. With 2nd one in hospital 3 days got pain meds to go take it about 3 days & was fine. 3rd baby stay about 3 days also. Ran into problems had blood transfusion I was messed up like wow! Pain lasted like 7 days. Had swollen foot had a nurse in the house to take care if me for 2 weeks. Was bleeding from the incision. So see everyone takes pain differently. So let's see how my body handles this surgery.

Have anyone got the novasure procedure done? IRS to make your period lighter or gone forever? I'm trying to get both done the sameday at the hospital. I think it will be to late btt I get in contact to the doctor for novasure. Totally sucks!

Is it 100% true your stomach becomes the size of 1 egg? You need to eat 6 times a day? Do your stomach stay the size of 1 egg forever? Are you able to eat a little normal after 6/12 months like 3 spoons rice with beans or small chicken salad even if your eating 3 spoons of it? If you follow your diet according to your surgeon how much can you lose in 1 year all of it? Get to your goal weight. How about sex does it get better? Do you think about surgery like why did I do this? Does liquor bother your stomach? Do you feel moody & angry cooking for your family & not eating what others eat? Any regrets? Would you do it again? What's the hardest part after surgery & already heal normal life? How do your spouse see you? Are you sexier to spouse? Now your thinner you feel sexier having sex with light on?

Thankyou for taking the time to answer my questiones. I asked my surgeons tons of questions but he is just a surgeon. He can't tell me how I'm going to feel or sex life. He haven't had the surgery now in this group/site ppl can tell me from experience & I do know everyone is different in many ways but it gives me more of an inside to what I may go threw after surgery.

My surgeon said I can get it done 2 months after surgery.

I'm a 16 but if my period comes its 18 now the smallest I remember is 13. At 135lbs. If I can get to size 13 again or smaller it would be like having a slice of heaven.

Unfortunately I have metroplus. It's a government insurance. Since I lost my job over 2 years ago. I had 1199 which was the best insurance ever. They pay for my teenager braces.

Lets see if this itouch let's me write. I started at 211lbs.. Yes you should be 100lbs over weight to get WLS but I'm getting it done. I don't want to be fat. I'm having breathing problems & back & knee problems. I don't wanna die. My doctor agree with my reasons & approved me for surgery. The therapist & nutritionist agree with me & my surgeon. They feel my mind is set & this is what done so they are approving me & I will get surgery done. I'm getting gastric bypass.

Hello I started April 30, 2012 this diet. I heard of some people losing a lot,and other a little,but I have to have in mind that everyone is different,and as long as I'm losing weight,and not gaining that is all I care about. If you want to know how long in total till my surgery day. I started March 2012 appointments,and blood test ect.. till April,and continue May,and now I'm more then ready to start a new life. Looking forward to May 30.

You should had gotten a warning first verbal then writtennup the last is suspension,and after worth fire,but I find no need for warning or anything if you did nothing wrong.

What did they say that got you suspended? Of course get a lawyer that's messed up what happen.

Oh ok I understand now. Well with a dietician you will have control over food so that's always a great thing. My surgery is 5/30 I'm so looking forward to a life change. In this pre-op diet I learn self control. Just imagine I cook 7 days a week 3 meals a day,and I'm sipping a shake LMFAO... while everyone is having a juicy pork chop,and some rice,and beans with salad. It's ok we used to make microwave popcorn movie theatre butter,and watch movies or regular TV. Now I can make the popcorn,and get full by smelling the popcorn while I have a diet snapple follow by a sugar free pudding. Girl it haven't been easy,but guess what I want this surgery,and I'm willing to go threw it all for a better life. Well almost eight thirty AM I have to make breakfast. Will try to get back on over the weekend & if not after surgery.
