It does get better. Hang in there... I'm 1wk post-up today. I'm still walking slow but I will speed it up by tomorrow.

Don't be so hard on your self. On the pre-op surgery I lost 15 pounds,and I think 11 pounds after surgery. I hear a lot of people losing 30pounds,and more on pre-op. Other losing 30pounds & more in only 2 weeks of diet. I think the less I lose in a way the better cuz my skin won't sag all that fast until I can offord some plastic surgery. So far I been losing 1-2 pounds per day. Everyone gets to a point that they slow down on weight lost from what I been reading,and then bam they lose weight again.

Awww thanks you think I'm pretty. I never hear that from anyone not even my husband. Since my pre-op diet I'm been feeling good about my self.

Welcome and just had surgery May 30,2012 so I wouldn't know about gaining weight. How did your pouch become medium did you force your self more then you have to?

Yes me!!! My husband has always been jealous. I figure (I always felt low self esteem when I gain weight) hubby was still jealous. Idk why men weren't checking me out or anything but he claim they were & even said were u looking at him? I would have no idea what guy cuz I honestly have eyes for him. I check out guys when I'm alone driving but I have respect for my marriage so it's look but don't touch.

Thanks I'm glad I encourage you in this journey of mine. You always think something can't work for you & wala it does. I haven't seen this weight in over 1year so imagine I'll all Mrs. It now lolz... Hope I don't get to gas up. When I figure out how to put photos cuz it was a miracle I put up my nails but I haven't been able to change it lolz...

I'm not clear for excercise but I will waiting for 1wk post up tomorrow so I can do something light. I'm also noticing my arms more hangy,but they were from before. The only thing looking the best is my face Wish this 24 weight lost was all in my tummy. Big difference it would had made.

OMG! I feel so bad for you girl. I hope your nightmare will soon end. That's horrible the doctor thinking it's in your mind not eating. I went threw about 2 days of not being hungry that wasn't on my mind. I'm on liquid diet,but with only being able to take 2 oz liquid at a time how I'm going manage it. I understand how you feel. What maybe easy for some people isn't for others. After I been home I only took pain meds once and that was yesterday. Some ppl never need pain meds others do. Everyone body is different so just try to be strong,and god is watching over you. There is light at the end of the tunnel. Praying & sending you a big hug.

Your doing liquid diet while on the road or on your return? When the moment come you won't even know when it was over like me. I asked twice if I already had surgery lolz..
