I didn't find it so painful. Two days hooked on IV for pain. Was walking around next day after surgery & at home took 2 pain killers & I still have 28 pills left. -

Hello I started at 211 pounds then on the liquid diet with one meal per day I lost 15 pounds before surgery. After surgery I lost 15 pounds but then the scale froze so I'm weighing my self anymore a total of 30 pounds

Click on the right hand corner where it says your screen name. It will open and then click profile it will open,a and you will have a blank square where you click on where your photo should be and you should be able to up load a photo. -

Cold & Hot & Low Blood Pressure

It's almost 70 degrees all the sudden I felt so cold like if it was 40 degree. I started cooking. Everything warmed up. I felt so hot. After dinner was over I was still warm. I went to check my blood pressure it said 108 over 84. Have anyone experience this? I felt like manaupause. I was shaking that's how cold I was. -
I drink decaf cafe.

I think you are making the right decision. People should have surgery when they feel ready. You can get a dietician that will help you lose weight,and I think you will do just fine if you lost 20pounds with out any problem.
