I love roti. I had it like twice I had a friend that was west Indian & she introduce me to a roti with beef. It was delicious. Oh girl my mouth is getting watery. I live in queens I haven't noticed west Indian food. Gonna search so when I'm aloud regular food I'm running for a roti yummy! -

Sorry your friend is acting this way. I don't understand why ppl act this way your doing it for health reasons or to avoid health problems. The few friends I have are not fat. My best friend is bigger then me but been on a diet & she supports me all the way.

Hey fluffy lots of walking. Don't take pj you won't be able to wear it. They always poking needlesc& taking blood out. I'm a brave woman so I can't speak for others. I was in pain in hospital & after I got home pain free. Discomfort yes. Moody you hate food at first. Cooking is annoying when your not eating it but you get used to it. -
