I know the feeling. Drink any diet drink except soda. You know what I was thinking of going to the dollar store& buying the tray to make Popsicle. Like my own diet snapple ect.. I'm sure it will taste good. -

That's good. I did great with liquid I felt I can do it forever. -
I had Quaker oatmeal squares and the muffin is little Debbie little muffin blueberry comes 4 muffin on a pouch but one fills me up.

I'm an occasional drinker. I guess next year I'll have 1 drink so hubby can take advantage LMFAO

I'm not even counting. 1/4 cup cereal with milk. Mini muffin. I need to check my instruction. I'm taking my vitamins & calcium but I know I should be eating mire but I'm not that hungry & 4 bites I'm full.

That sucks! I think my hubby couldn't believe it & though I would stop cooking but I haven't changed anything. For the first time he made a joke saying stop showing off your legs just because your slimming down. I thought that was cute. He's loving the smaller belly he says it doesn't get in the way & it did always bother me having a big stomach.
