I thank god the only thing I had was mild asthma. Nothing else. Glad I'm losing weight & the best part is I feel great!

I still can't eat chicken. I don't eat the same. I cook but idk if it's a Spanish thing but I make a lot if rice & I cook greasy. Do a lot of frying. I don't eat what I make. I eat a lot of mash Potatie. It's in serving size & I can measure. I also eat frozen food which I never in my life did before surgery.

No problem. We all have some saying but thus happen to me I said the race,but it's all kinds of people. I been threw it all. My own people get everything while I get nothing. I guess luck plays a part.

If something happens to you when the ambulance ppl see you had gastric bypass/WLS they know that to damage your pouch.

Vitafusion multivites gummy vitamins. I try chewable flinstons taste horrible. I couldn't swallow it. Now these are yummy.

Awww wow! You know what in general if your happy being fat & you love food so much stay like that if being skinny will make you sad. I feel so sad for him even though it's been many years since he past but to others reading this... You have control over your body & if being skinny isn't what you want opt out of surgery now & do diet threw supervise nutritionist. You won't lose weight extremely fast no worries about saggy skin. This is serious surgery & if you rather be unhappy & skinny stay big & enjoy your food. I love eating but not as much as being slim. I'm happy with my decision but make sure you are as well.

That's right nyquil has alcohol I wasn't paying mind. Do natural stuff hot tea with lemon. Rest

True... When you have surgery anything you feel weird about ask. If I never would had call my doctor & had endoscopy my stomach would still be closed & I would end up in the hospital for vomiting non stop all day. Listen to your body. Better Safe then sorry.

You try stop wait try again. I try watermelon over 5 tines before I can put up with it.

Welcome to the group! Do it when the time is right but do they really need to know? About your uncle why he killed himself just because he had surgery? He was in that much pain or he felt gross after it & said I rather die. I'm so sorry for your lost.

Get better soon. I haven't been sick in that way after surgery. Only with the vomiting which seem to thanks god went away.

You will get back on track after vacation. Vacation us to have fun right?
