Yes craving is horrible because we can't eat the stuff we want. The good thing for me if I really want it I get it & when I vomit. Lesson learn. I don't attempt again unless it's healthy.

Yes I do sometimes we don't see a difference cuz we are used to being fat. Then when others notice we suddenly start to notice different areas. I lost 53 pounds & I notice good things but in my mind I'm still fat so I see my self fat.

My surgeon told me I can have plastic surgery after 2 years.

I'm glad with my decision & I feel so happy minus saggy arms LMFAO. I feel I made the best decision. If I could do it all over again I wouldn't have gotten surgery why? I did a bunch of diets but never saw a nutritionist. After now surgery I have a nutritionist. I feel I could have lost this weight with out surgery with only a nutritionist & exercise. I'm very determine & when I set my self for something I usually stick to it,but do I now regret it? No I'm very happy I just wanted to be honest with you
