Do this lay sit flat on your stomach lift both your legs 10 times till you can do more daily & your butt will lift back up. One time I was in the bathroom with my hubby & I grab his butt they were so hard this is a man in the 50's. I was like wow! how your butt is so hard. He has the weight lift for the legs samething I mention but nit everyone has it. Same results. My butt got hard doing that. Too bad my saggy arms will stay saggy.

I told him nope! I'm going to be 125lbs I'm gonna work really hard eat very healthy & exercise & take all my Vitamins. When I reach my weight goal & go to the visit. I'm going to have the assistance cover his face until I'm there to see the shock on his face. Plus I want to give him a thankyou card for making it possible for me to lose weight,and have such a nice staff. Every single one is nice. What do you guys/girls/ladies think? Possible to reach my goal by December? I'm I being too friendly with giving a card? I just appreciate my surgeon a lot. He listens to me & never rushes.

My neighbor notice yesterday. I was like yes I did 53 pounds. She was like you look good. It sure feels great.

Yes we work so hard to be approve then after we have surgery waiting for the pounds to melt. Then when we lose 1 pound it's a big celebration. I never thought I would lose 53 pounds in a short time. 1 week ago my eyes got open. I'm beginning to notice how sexy I'm getting. How my hips are smaller how I'm getting smaller all over but the legs aren't joining the rest if the body or it's me I don't notice. I feel so happy. I'm friendly with everyone Lolz I was before but trap in fat girl mode. Now I'm like hi to everything strangers in the streets lots of time they greed me 1st. I'm loving my self again. Everyone is so supported here.

I know yuck! But it won't kill me. I'll try to make it tasty. Hubby used to make me eat it before giving birth.

Didn't fart at hospital. I barely fart now but talk about smelly poop. Gotta spray several times after I use it. I should buy a warning sign. Lolz

Before surgery or after surgery you ate this? No matter when it was it was such a small amount it won't harm you.
