Have a speedy recovery

I'm never hungry when I'm hungry I eat like a bird. I drink Water all day long. I been having lots of headaches. I had a migraine yesterday & I was vomiting but what? I had nothing in my belly. I was so dizzy. I honestly feel like I'm dying. All my pants are falling off. I did lose weight. I'm now 161 pounds. Can someone advice me? I want to get better I'm over 2 months post up. I should be eating more. I'm sleepy. I do have more energy. But I feel horrible.
