It's hard to get in a work out mode. You would think I have all day for exercise since all my kids are in school. Wrong!!! I go check the kids room for hidden dirty clothes. I go clean the house do laundry dust. You name it I do it. That's a work out for me. Then when does the walking come in place? I don't have time. Once I get my house in perfect shape then I will find a time to exercise.

I did drink diet soda & I decided it wasn't worth it so I gave it up all together. I'm not an alcoholic drinker but I did have 1 cup piña colada with rum over the summer time. About 1 month ago I had skinny lady rum that wasn't so bad. Haven't had any more drinks. I'm a cafe addict. I will not stop drinking cafe I don't drink it all day but I won't stop it.

Even though we want to lose weight. Make sure this is what you want. Are you ready to change your eating habits? Some people want to lose weight & get slim then get lazy & start on bad habits & the weight comes back on so if your not ready for a change stay how you are. Better to be happy fat then depress because you cant eat a slice of pizza. I'm not going threw this I went all the way in this life change & besides occasional chocolate kisses. I don't cheat & I don't want to be fat again. I want everyone to think about it. Don't have surgery & in 5 years gain it all back. I been reading on other stories & it does make me think did people think it was an easy way out then to regain it all back. I'm in this for the long ran.

I'm getting my boob & tummy tuck in 2014 it's a personal decision. I don't have a nasty hanging tummy but it's not flat & I'm determine to get this fix. Now my boobs are saggy & thanks god for the bra invention that's what's holding my girls up. My arms aren't bad according to people but to me that needs fixing. Everything else in my body us well put together. I'm 33 5 foot. Was 211lbs now 139 size 10 in pants & medium in shirt.

Yes I'm also 4 months & I do have an occasional chocolate kiss but not an entire bag. Don't be hard on your self heck 2 weeks it's a long time if your not used to it.
