I started losing a lot of hair. Went from almost Brillo hair but manageable to thin hair. Every time I brush my hair I see hair on the brush. I'm also 4 months. -

I have 14 more pounds to my weight goal. I'm 139 waiting for 125 to come by December. Idk if I will lose more after that. I want to see my self at 125 to make the decision to stay or keep slimming down but not boney skinny. -

I saw my self nude & I'm a sexy woman with out clothes "no wonder hubby can't get enough" minor stuff like my tummy & boobs but that will be fix & I will be perfect enough for me & my self asteem. -
Actually it gets harder.. The first days you are cool then you panic & wanna get the wholekitchen lmbo then after 7 days you hit your self in the butt & you get used to it & don't want to eat the entire kitchen.
