I am still in the pre-op stages of getting a VSG or possible RNY. I am pushing for VSG as I believe it is better suited to my eating habits. I am not a sweets addict so I don't feel I need that extra tool that the RNY offers with digestion and malabsorption. However, that is something that will utimately be decided the day I meet with my surgeon, so August 21st will be that time.
