WRITE TO RESHAPE YOUR BODY
This is an 8-week course focused on looking within to examine and explore the reasons we overeat, overindulge and retain fat. While not specifically a weight loss class, we will look at body image and address the imbalances in our lives using yoga, words and play. We will use Julia Cameron's book, The Writing Diet, as well as other material. Class is limited to 8. If you pay per week, it is $35 per class. If you pay for the entire course it is $250. You must commit to the entire 8-week course. Classes run on Saturdays, 9-noon, from January 24th through March 14.
