Joni you are lucky to be able to take the time. I am self employed and will be home on June 15th and have to and I mean have to be back to work on the following Monday. I am not too worried about that. I am worried about the 12 hours flying and stop overs at airports to get home ugg.

Lol okay strangely normal how do I quit eating when I come home from work I head straight for the fridge - but I am not even hungry its just because of the stressful day. Lol

Thanks girls for posting. I thought I would try the fasting diet ahead of time so I could have an idea what I am in for. Nasty says it nicely. No carbs ugg. I caved a little bit when I got home from work tonight. If anyone thinks this is going t to be easy it is not. The mind says one thing and the heart says another. Better day tomorrow try try try.

Question. I thought I would try a day of the prep diet (just to give me an idea of how hard it is). I had a boost high protein 15 for breakfast and lunch. Problem is it is now 2:30 in the afternoon and my stomach is revolting lol saying feed me. Is this right? I a Will go drink water now lol Kat

I have a dumb question. Are you allowed a watch, wedding ring, earrings etc? Are they kept safe while you are in surger? Do the accept American money?

Hi Queen of Crop No it was tjmom who had the super friend. I am so tired of being judged because of my size that only my husband, daughter, brother, sister and best friend know. I wish I had a friend like hers.
