OMG! That's awful. I hope that does not happen to me. I just got off the phone with the hospital for the stupid pre-interview questionnaire and the lady tells me that the anesthesiologist wants a letter from the PCP stating she is aware of my surgery!!!? WTF!!!? First off, why would you tell me this 8 days before the surgery is scheduled. Secondly, WTH is the anesthesiologist to be demanding clearance letters!!? Like really? My insurance didn't require that nor did the surgeon so why is he. I am super livid! This is ass backwards .

OMG It seems so soon to be doing that much exercise. I think you should take it easy. Definitely walk it out but don't over do it!

Aww. It'll get better for you. I'm on a clear liquid diet for pre-op. and it does stink!!! Just remember this is temporary and pretty soon you'll be able to eat those raw carrots! Best of luck to you!!!

Thanks for the support everyone! I've done pretty good today. Haven't cheated so I'm happy about that. I am still hungry so I think I'm going to drink some broth. I'm ready to be sleeved!!!

Okay, so this dang on diet is KILLING ME. Yesterday was my first day. Of course I cheated with a salad. I'm on a clear liquid diet and I figured lettuce is Water so Wth!!! This diet is so restrictive. Because I'm a diabetic, I'm only drinking juices (cranberry, grape, & apple) that are diet ...I.e extremely low on sugar and I also made myself some sugar free jello! But I feel terrible. I had a headache yesterday and cravings out of this world for food!! And today I just woke up with a MASSIVE headache. My surgeon said this would happen but sheesh this is just too much. I'm miserable!!! And it's only been two stinkin days. How can I keep this up until surgery day (the 17th). Omg. This headache is terrible. I've never had a headache this bad. Why is this happening? Did anyone else have the same problems and how did you cop with it? Aaaaahhhhhhhhhhh!!!!!!!!

I've done it twice. It works just not for me. I'm not the type of person to track everything I eat, counts points, or go to those God awful meetings. I've tried to just do it online and that doesn't work for me either. IF you don't have any issues tracking your food. You should be fine.

WOW! That seems like a lot. Especially since our sleeve's are so small. I am getting sleeved on the 17th and am having second thoughts... Idk. I felt good about the surgery until now. Idk what my problem is. *sigh*

Congratulations! I hear lots of people complaining about being nauseous. Where does the nausea come from? Is it the pain meds?

If nothing is going down, I wonder why you were discharged from the hospital...? That's odd.

I'm glad everything is working out well for you. How much protein and liquids do you have to get in post op?
