Hi All, I'm Raven and my story is that I am a 51 years old female, married and a mother of one. I started at a weight of 220lbs at 5'4" with all the wonderful comorbities of extremely high blood pressure, high cholesterol, arthritis in both knees and hips, and last but not least gurd. I had my surgery on Wednesday Dec 21st, 2011 and was out of the hospital by that Friday morning. I am currently at 174lbs and I am down to the last nubbins of my closet. I have about 50lbs to go to reach my goal weight of 125lbs and I have stalled out and haven't lost a pound in 2.5 weeks. My blood pressure is still high and I haven't been able to get off of my medication yet, I still have high cholesterol but my arthritis in my knees and hips are much better and I am able to take the stairs again! I am currently losing alot of hair, which is scarey I am trying not to be discouraged by the stall so I am upping my exercise regiment and will stop grazing on fruits and stik with veggie treats @ 3 meals 2 snacks (treats) daily...which is really hard to do since eating takes about 35-45 min per meal/snack...
