Feel like i am loosing control.

I go through the same stages as you are right now. I am 10 1/2 months out , and am down to my goal weight.( as of yesterday ) I log everything I eat into my fitness pal. Regardless what I eat. Some days are bad. Ice cream, brownies, chips. I still log all of it. I'm allowed 1200 calories a day. I usually use all my calories. I workout all the time so, I don't feel as guilty if I fall off. The key is to get back on track if you do fall off. For the most part I am diligent. But. We are all human and will fall off from time to time. Some days it's easy to resist temptations. And other days its so hard. Good luck!! Stay strong. ????
  2. Thanks! I have been working out since 5 weeks after surgery. I started out doing 30 min on the elliptical 3 days a week. Now I do 30-40 min 5-6 days a week on the elliptical or arc trainer as well As a weight watchers stability ball work out that is 45 min long. Focus' on belly, butt,& thighs. I do that work out 5-7 days a week as well. I eat mainly Protein & salads. Some days I fall off. But. For the most part I am diligent. I log everything I eat. Even if I have a bad day and have Cookies or something like that. The key is when you fall off. You have to get right back on track,& make yourself accountable for eating and exercising choices. Good luck
  3. I do a 45min. Weight watchers Stability ball workout at least 5 days a week and I do 30-40 min on an elliptical or arc trainer 3-6 days a week as well. Exercise Is the key

    Weekly Miralax Date

Yes. You should be just fine. My daughter use to take miralax once in the morning and once in the evening. She did this daily for over a year as per the GI doctors instructions. She was only 13 at the time.

    Unhappy With My Body.

I know how you feel. I can finally wear a Medium in a shirt. But my arms are so big most shirts are uncomfortable. My arms are so gross! I work out at least 3 days a week, and my arms are just a mess. Stay strong and know at least you are healthier having lost all that weight.!!

  12. You look amazing!!! This is just the beginning. Just think of how much more you will have lost in 3 more months. I was sleeved in April and in July I saw a huge difference. Now 3 months later from July I'm a whole different person! I guess what I am trying to Say is you look amazing now in 3 more months you will look even more amazing. Do not give your soon to be ex private time. If he was cheating before he will cheat again. I know first hand how hard divorce is and how scary it seems to be alone. Your depression will get better the more weight you lose. I am 6 months post op and I am off my depression meds! Once you get that self confidence you will shake the depression! Once again you look amazing!! Keep it up! Hit the gym and eat that protein!! God bless! Katie

I Am Such A Fast Eater

I am 37 and have had 2 children and have only vomitted a handful of times. That is unil I got surgery. I have thrown up 2 times from eating too fast. And have felt super sick several times from eating too fast. I think I'm eating slow enough and I'm not. It's so hard. Your food is never hot because it takes so long to eat it. My suggestion to you is start eating slow now. I didn't before surgery and I'm paying for it now. Feeling sick after you eat is the worst feeling ever. By the way I'm almost 6 weeks out. Post surgery.
  18. I was sleeved April 25. I never thought my pain would go away. Even 1 week ago today it still hurt to laugh, cough& sneeze. It even hurt to sit up straight to drive. I could only sleep on my back. The good news is this week all week I have felt great! I can laugh, sneeze,& cough with no pain!! I can also sleep on both sides!! Trust me it does get better. I never thought i was going to feel better again. But I feel great now! Good luck!!
  19. I asked about wearing a tampon and the nurse at my surgeons office suggested a pad. Just in case you aren't up to changing your tampon after surgery. I luckily got off my monthly cycle 2 days before surgery. I'm late starting this month. Maybe it's due to surgery??
