Thank you all! My estimated due date is Oct 21st. My bday is Oct 26th...and my younger twin sisters bday is Oct 24, so maybe my lil pumpkin will come out on one of our bdays. I have a wonderful bf, Teddy. He's excited, too. Of course timing could be a little better (like after marriage), but it is what it is. I'm just anxious to see how this whole pregnancy thing plays out. I just pray it is an easy pregnancy. I've already been having dizzy spells/lightheadedness. But I guess it comes w/the territory, right? lol. I will be back w/a few pics...

Hey Gang! I just found out this week that I'm pregnant! I'm very excited and am looking forward to this journey. I am 5 weeks and was actually pretty tight. Usually, I get tight around my TOM, but I was noticing I wasn't having the normal PMS symptoms. That's when I started getting suspicious. I took the home test and it was definite. I used one of the digital ones. The next day, I went to my GYN and tada! I just got a complete unfill yesterday. I only had 1cc in there, but that was working for me. (I have lost 79lbs total.) And the heartburn I had from being too tight is now gone. I hope I don't have a lot of it during the pregnancy. I have missed ya'll. I am about to scan through and see how everyone has been doing.

Can ya'll tell me what symptoms ya'll had? I really think I'm having gallbladder problems. I had a CT scan and a sonogram and they still haven't found anything. But I'm in so much pain. And the pain comes and goes. It drives me crazy. Sometimes it wakes me up or prevents me from sleeping.

Hello, hello, hello!!!! How's everyone. Just thought I'd drop by. I've been going through the ton of posts I've missed, just trying to get a feel for what's been happening. A little update on me...I've lost 73 lbs so far! I am super proud of myself and am still working hard. I'm at 217 now. My (mini) goal for now is 190, just to see what I look like, but my ultimate goal is 175. I don't want to go any lower than that. I don't think I'd look healthy. I will post pics as soon as I find the USB cord for my camera. Life has been a little rough for me, but I'm pushing through! It's all good. I will certainly try to post more often and see how ya'll are making out.

I used Drs. Halmi and Tran. They were awesome. I would highly recommend them and their office. Their staff was great. Definitely on top of everything and responsive. I had my one year anniversary on 7/25. I am doing great. I still follow-up w/them and still love them.

Hey Gang! I'm sorry I haven't been here in forever! I have been super busy w/life itself - job and moving. It seems like everyone is doing well. I'm doing great w/my band. I've lost about 60-something lbs so far. I will have an appt this month, so I'll know exactly how much then. I can actually wear a 14!!!!!! WOW! I started at a 20...and still going down. I"m thrilled. Well, I will definitely be checking back in w/ya'll tomorrow! Goodnight!

Hey Gang! I just wanted to update you on my personal trainer experience so far. I love her! She has been working me and I am so proud of myself. She is a huge encourager and motivator. You gotta love it. I just got back this morning from our session. Yes, I feel it. But it's soooo worth it. This weekend, I will definitely be MIA. I will be going to my Mary Kay Career Conference in Baltimore, MD. I'm so excited! I love my Mary Kay. I'm bringing a lot of my own food/snacks to stay on track. I've even packed my workout clothes for at the hotel! Who would've thought??? Well, ladies, I've gotta run. Gotta get my hair done, get some stockings, and load my car. Have an awesome weekend!

Yep. They are great. Just ate a choc. drizzle bag. It's just enough to satisfy. Love em.

Hey ya'll! I had my first session w/my trainer and it was great!!! She is wonderful. I hung in there pretty good. She even said "You don't look 248...You're just a solid, muscular girl...you have a lot of endurance..." Just compliments all over the place! She was very encouraging. I was so psyched about this and can't wait to go tomorrow. Yeah, I'm sore a bit, :tt2: but I know it's worth it. I'm faithfully wearing my BodyBugg and keeping track of my eating/exercise. I'm back on track ladies!!! :thumbup: Hope everyone else finds our new temporary thread. I'll PM Alex, too. Gnite gang!

I still have my Bugg and just started wearing it faithfully. I miss it when it's off. I have my first session w/Tamala tomorrow. It's taken me a minute to get going exercise-wise, so I wasn't wearing it at first. But now, I'm excited. I love my Bugg. I just got a personal trainer, so I will be meeting her today for the first time. YAY!!!

Lynette, WE'VE MISSED YOU!!! (Like I can talk...I've been MIA myself. :crying:) Of course it's okay for you to stop on through. You're a Lucky 7!!! You're always welcome! I, too, hit a rough spot. My doc thought I had an ulcer and I had to get a slight unfill and an upper GI...they didn't find anything, except some acid reflux. That's odd b/c I haven't had any symptoms of heartburn...oh well. I'm feeling much better and will be getting another fill. I need it. Having less restriction has allowed me to eat more than I should be. I've fallen off the exercise wagon, too. But no more of that b/c I am getting back on track. I love our group. All of you are so inspirational and encouraging. :biggrin2: Salsa, glad you can eat again! And yes, I've stayed away from the jellybean, chocolate bunnies, etc., etc., etc. I'm proud of myself! I guess we are all seeing just how much of a journey this really is...and we're all still learning. We will handle these bumps, turns, potholes, etc. We can and WILL do it!!!

Thanks! I am gonna get back on track. I'm committed to myself and my health. I haven't come this far for nothing! Sorry about having to get new equipment. I'm sure you will keep us posted. I'm glad to hear that you're not giving up, either!!! That's right, get to rowing. And yes, 10 mins is a start. And that's how it all begins. 10 mins today and you'll work up from there. I need to get back in the gym. I was going faithfully every morning and some evenings to various classes. I've just completely stopped. Tell me to get my butt back in gear!!!
