I've been on a stall for over one month, went in for my 6 month post op yesterday. Doc said it's normal however it's time for you to really look at what your doing..Get back to basic,protein first,drink your 64 oz of water,three meals a day, no snacking,journal,exercise, and take your vitamins,, It's very easy to start to slip, Things have a way of jumping into your mouth...Oh yeah don't drink high calorie drinks,must keep drinks at or below 20 calories also no milk,no almond milk, no soy milk...I hope you find this helpful..
