I'm having such a hard time with everything. Water, eating soft foods and protein. Someone please help me! I don't want to end back up on hospital because I'm dehydrated. I do popsicles but after awhile it won't do for nutrition.

I have had heavy one day periods. It's been strange because I've had an iud for 4 years. I havent had a full period in two years. Body had trauma and surgery is that. I'm almost two weeks out. -

July 11....sorry haven't posted for awhile. It's been rough for me. Trying hard to get fluids up before I have to go get some. Eating is hard too... With all the education that I had to go thru I didn't realize it would be so hard. Sorry for those that need the extra it was great but I have to be real this is hard. But I guess if it wad easy u wouldn't stick with it -
