I wouldn't worry too much about the nuclear stress test. If your EKG is normal, they probably don't suspect anything, but just want to be thorough. In my case I had a blockage in one of my arteries, and ended up getting a stent. My EKG showed something wasn't right, and the nuclear stress test showed an area of reduced blood flow. You get an injection of the dye, go for a scan, do the treadmill, get another dye injection right at the end of the treadmill, and go for a second scan. They compare the scan at rest, and when pumping hard from the exercise. The good thing about the thorough work up is if you ever have any issues down the road they will know what your "normal" is for comparison. You will do great, don't sweat it. Best of luck!
