Four weeks out and feeling down I can eat anything within reason to eat but i feel like whats the point when i can only eat a couple bites. Hate to watch people eat also. Not sure whats going on but i have to force myself to eat and when I do I hate it ;( Yolo -
On the eastern shore of va here the wind and rain has been here all day :0 went to the store and made sure i had plenty of Protein drinks just on case and of course Water hope everyone stays safe Yolo

Will be three weeks post op tue. finding it hard to eat not hungry it feels like a chore And my hands and feet r always cold now i am use to being hot wtf? Yolo -
What r some of the things u freeze? Looking for ideas to freeze in portion size for lunches at work. Can u freeze the emily bites cupcake dinner things? Yolo

I have started prepping my portions out and freezing them so far turkey chili turkey meatballs spaghetti squash with shrimp and Alfredo sauce mini crab cakes etc... tomorrow we r making the emily bites taco cupcakes and was thinking about freezing a couple of those? Fyi something i learned this summer is u can freeze whole tomatoes for the garden thaw when ready to use and the skin peels right off great for soups and chili Yolo

Everything I do chew them then swallow with Water to crush them and out them in stuff makes me throw up wth how am I supposed to take them I am only two weeks post op and I cant find liquid Vitamins where I live Yolo

I was sleeved October 1 so i am onlytwo weeks but i only had to do full liquids a week so i have been on soft food a week now couldn't imagine being on liquids that long u cant even have puree? Yolo -

How far out r u do u swallow the capsule Yolo -
Oven set at 375 Place fillets in dish with sides don't forget to spray pan first. Coat fish with ceasar dressing lite not the creamy but oil base. Sprinkle with parmesan cheese and bake 15-20 min depending in fillet size fish will be flaky when done. For me I added some light Alfredo sauce on mine yummy Yolo

2 weeks was sleeved October 1 been on soft food since one week post op. Finding it hard to drink Protein drinks only can do like one a day so have been trying different things to get some protein. Supposed to eat about every three hours but cant drink a half an hour before or after i find it impossible to get all my protein and fluids :0 Yolo
