chicken breast or pork steaks cut up into strips Low fat or fat free sour cream (small tub) Snack dip seasoning (I use Watkins Tomato & Basil) Tortilla Shells Place chicken/pork in tortilla wraps. In the mean time, mix the snack dip seasoning in with the sour cream, then place as much to taste as you'd like on the chicken/pork. Wrap up in tortilla and enjoy!!!

Sorry I'm just now responding to this thread Trish. I am VERY excited for you and can't wait for your big day! I wish you nothing but the best, and pray that everything goes smoothly for you, and that your journey will get off to a great start. And yes, your husband IS a cutie pie, and he has a sexy voice too. LOL You got the package deal girl! Good for you! (I'm so bad, aren't I! LOL)

I like the sqat idea too! I have the inner thigh skin thing going on myself. Thanks for the ideas ladies!

I just used my bullet to chop up some fresh parsley today, and will use it to chop up my fresh chives tomorrow. I love how quickly it chops up my fresh herbs for cooking, and am loving it for my protein shakes too!

How awesome of you. That right there shows what kind of a wonderful heart you have. If we had the money I'd do the same for my mother too. (Maybe one day it will happen.) As silly as it sounds, I look forward to the day when I can bless my mama in the same way that she has blessed me. There's nothing quite like the love of a mother. I get teary eyed just thinking about it.

Happy Birthday!!!!

I still eat Chinese from time to time when I get the hankerings for it. I stay away from the rice, just because I've never been a big fan of rice. But I love the peanut chicken and the veggies with cheese, and the meat wrapped in a noodle. I used to eat a lot of the crab cheese (deep fried) but now I'm satisfied to eat more of the chicken and only 3 of the crab cheese. It's just a small trade off for me. I agree with Alexandra. Nothing is forbidden to eat once you're a bandster, it's just that we try to make healthier choices for most of our meals. But if you're wanting 2 pieces of pizza once or twice a month it surely isn't going to kill you. That's the joy of this surgery over the bypass. The choice/power is all in your hands and you don't have to give up anything but carbonated drinks. Gotta love it!!!

Thank you thank you THANK YOU!!! How exciting!!!!

I love Vonzell's voice. I think she has a great chance of winning. She chooses her costumes and songs wisely, and continues to wow me with each passing week. I can't stand Scott's attitude, and I think that everything he does radiates a nasty and overconfidant presence. I highly doubt he'll win, and I'm not so sure that his attitude would be tolerated in the industry. I was SO shocked that he didn't go home last night. I think Anwar has potential, but needs to work on his stage presence. He's too soft and meely. If he'd get a little more ooompf then I think he could go pretty far with his career. Bo has major talent, and I loved what he said last night. He'll be happy no matter what happens, and he'll do wonderfully doing whatever he chooses to do. (I do agree that the Skynard song was not a wise choice though.) I think Constantine has potential too, and I'm really watching him closely to see what he'll do next. I do think that he needs to choose his songs wisely and step cautiously though. Carrie is awesome with country music, but she needs to stick with that. I think if she deviates again she'll be done. And I think that if she doesn't win Idol, she'll still be signed on as a country singer somewhere here shortly. (I believe she'll have a music career no matter what.) Anthony has never really impressed me much. I thought he sucked majorly up until this week. He pulled off the Manilow song wonderfully, but I'm thinking that was just luck on his part. I can't see him going very far, and if he does get a job in the industry, I see him as a lounge singer or on a cruise ship, or perhaps popular with the teeny boppers. I highly doubt he'll win the contest. Thats my take on it all.

I have another more recent one too! About a week ago I was putting on my comfie black wind pants. (They're made out of a light material and are just casual pants.) I have had these things forever and a day, and they fit me even when I weighed well over 300 pounds. So it's not as if they were too tight on me or anything. Well I put them on and was just getting ready to go downstairs when I must've slightly bent forward to get something and the whole right side of where the zipper is sewn to the material ripped out on me!!! I totally couldn't believe it and chalked it up to being because they're old and have been worn forever. I immediately got very defensive because my husband was standing right there when it happened. I was all like, "These things fit me even when I weighed 320 lbs.!!! Why are they ripping now??? It's not like they're tight on me or anything!!!" I was VERY embarrassed, even though it was just my hubby. I think because it reminded me of when I was at my heaviest and just made me feel that vulnerability again. Oy.

This was back when I was still working for our paper full time.... It was fall or winter, so I had on some nice black dress pants with a short sleeved shirt and a long (knee length) black sweater. It was the kind that is open in the front and has a waist tie, so it's easy on and off. It had been a long morning and I was ready to go home and get some lunch. At the time, my husband was still on midnights, so he was here during my lunch break. I walked in the door and took my sweater off, then ran upstairs to use the bathroom. Well, once I pulled my pants down to use the toilet I noticed that I had a huuuuuugggge rip in the seat of my pants. I mean that puppy was worn torn from stem to stern!!! So I quickly changed them and told my husband that thank God I hadn't taken my sweater off that morning or the whole office would've been able to see my huge rip with my underwear showing through!!! Not cool! And although no one but hubby and I saw the rip, I was still plenty embarrassed. So that's my major wardrobe malfunction!!!!

You know, I can't stand Scott's attitude. He totally annoys me! And up until last night I thought that he majorly sucked as a singer. But last night he did do pretty well, for him. (I have to give props where they're do.) I thought that Vonzell was totally awesome!!! That girl definately has some skiiillllllzzzzz!!!!!
