I eat pretty basic stuff too but I eat every 3 - 4 hours. I generally get hunger often and eat smaller meals. I'm getting in about 1200 calories a day. Sent from my iPhone using VST -

Yes, but it will come back. I now can eat every food I could before surgery...just not a lot of it. -
Yes, OJ is great at this stage. I didn't have that issue because I had high blood sugar to begin with, so it just dropped to normal.

In the last 4 months I have had 2 major stalls lasting a couple of weeks each. The first one was at 3 weeks out. I think what you are going through is normal and will pass. You have done great so far! Keep it up. -

I don't recommend deviating from your pre-op diet. Having said that, it doesn't look like you ate anything with high fat content. The pre-op diet is to shrink your liver which sits on top of your stomach. The smaller the liver, the easier it will be for the doctor to access the stomach. So, you are fine, don't beat yourself up over one meal. Get back on tract and enjoy the new you.
