Help, Suffering From Head Hunger

I am 7 weeks out and I get head hunger all the time. I am a recreational eater. My mouth needs to constantly be doing something. I started buying sugar free popsicles. The ones from Edys/Dryers are great and only 25 calories. Also I check what time I am eating a meal and tell myself that I will not eat anything for another 4 hours. So even if I get head hunger, I try to tell myself that I can't eat until it is time. It is still a big struggle but I hope these ideas help. When you are further out, you might also try the 100 calorie popcorn bags. Eating one pop corn at a time could take a while. -

Why not just drink pure juice not from concentrate? I know they say you are not supposed to drink juice because of the calories, but I think it is the same as eating a fruit if you don't drink more than 4 oz. -
